Bus Transportation Information

Hi JCS families,

It was great to see so many of you this Wednesday evening at the Open House!

Some questions that came up the most frequently from families during the Open House were about bus transportation. Bus transportation is organized by the district office, so here are some links that families may find helpful:

  • LOTS of information about how bus transportation works for elementary students, including the cost of transportation for families that live closer than 2 miles to the school
• Bus Registration forms
  • If interested in having your student(s) ride the bus, all families MUST register their students for bus transportation for the 2025-26. It does not matter whether or not students have rode the bus in past school years. If you would like to have your child ride the bus this school year and you have NOT registered them for the bus, please do so ASAP!
• Bus Routes for 2025-26
  • Bus pickup and drop-off times can be updated as new students are added, so please check right before the first day of school!

If your student is taking the bus and you didn't receive a "bus pass" during Open House, please send an email to one of our terrific administrative assistants, Colleen Robichaud crobichaud@norton.k12.ma.us, and let Mrs. Robichaud know that your student needs a bus pass.

We're looking forward to seeing our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders on Tuesday, our Kindergarteners on Wednesday, and our Little Lancers (PreK) on Thursday!
