Tomorrow afternoon's 3rd Grade Holiday Concert

Posted Date: 12/18/25 (03:00 PM)

Dear 3rd grade families,

Our 3rd graders are looking forward to performing for you tomorrow afternoon at 2:00pm during the Family Holiday Concert. Just a reminder about a few details that will help to make tomorrow’s show successful and enjoyable for everyone.

This is a holiday concert, so we encourage students to dress in holiday colors/attire. To make sure that all students can be seen by their families, please no hats or large headbands that will block other students. It's also warm on the stage under the lights, so we ask that students don't wear anything big, bulky, or flashy that will block or disrupt other students or be too warm on stage.

Families will enter the school for the concert through Door 15 (the double doors to the right of the main entrance). We will open the doors around 1:45pm and we encourage families to find a seat right away in the cafeteria.

At the end of the concert, the students will exit the cafeteria first. Family members should wait in their seats until your child’s teacher’s name is called. Once your child’s teacher’s name is called, the family members dismissing the child will exit the cafeteria and walk down the main hallway towards the office. Other guests and family members can exit out the doors in the rear of the cafeteria or through Door 15 where they entered. The family member who is dismissing their child will work with their child's teacher to find your child and then exit by the main office doors. If your 3rd grade student has siblings that you would also like to dismiss, the same family member will work with Mrs. Robichaud at the main office window to dismiss them.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support. These details will help to make the concert enjoyable and the dismissal process smooth and safe for everyone! Mr. Place, the 3rd grade team and, most importantly, the 3rd graders are excited to share their performance with you!

Sincerely,

Mr. Barrette, Mr. Place, and the Third Grade Team
