To assist with planning for all of our families, here are the last days of schools for each grade level/program at JCS:

If your family is moving this summer (or has already moved) and your child will no longer be attending JCS in the fall, please call the school office at 508-285-0120 or email Mrs. Robichaud at crobichaud@norton.k12.ma.us. We want to make sure to update our records and enrollments for next year AND prepare any student files that need to be sent to another school or district.

Our 5th annual Adventure Games are scheduled for this Friday, June 5th!

Students should wear their House color (if possible). See the image below for each classrooms’ house color. Students should bring a change of clothes or, at least, be prepared to get wet and a bit dirty. Students will carry their personal water bottle to the activities because it’s likely to be warm. Sunscreen should be applied at home as teachers and staff are not allowed to apply it for students.

We're looking for parent volunteers who have a little time on that day to help us create a fun, activity filled day for all JCS students. Just a reminder that all students need to stay in their vehicles while waiting for morning drop-off to begin. Because of the line of running cars on the blacktop and in the playground area, it's not safe for students to play on the playground or on the blacktop while waiting for morning drop-off to begin.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping all JCS students safe and keeping students inside their vehicles.

SPO is looking for new board members (secretary and co-chair), please attend the June 4th meeting if interested in participating as we will conduct the vote during that meeting.

The Solmonese Parent Organization (SPO) is holding a monthly meeting on Thursday, 6/4 at 6PM at J.C. Solmonese School in the 2nd floor Library/Media Center. All parents, guardians, caregivers, teachers, and staff are welcome to attend! Our friends at Champions will be offering childcare for any parents that would like to attend, but also need to bring their child.

We encourage parents/guardians to attend SPO meetings in-person, but we also understand that's not an option for everyone. We will also be streaming the meeting live on Google Meet via the link below.
