Teacher assignments have been sent out to PreK through 3rd grade families

Hi JCS families,

Teacher assignments for PreK through 3rd grade students have been sent out to families. If for some reason you did not receive a message about your JCS student's teacher assignment, please contact the school so that we can look into that for you. If you are still in the process of registering or enrolling your child and have not fully completed that paperwork/process, your child has not yet been assigned a teacher.



We will begin sending out the weekly JCS "Turtle Talk" newsletters for this school year beginning this weekend, so keep an eye out for additional information to help your child have a successful start to the school year. Here's a list of upcoming dates and events to add to your calendar.

Open House, Monday, August 31st

• 4:00 - 4:30, All Little Lancers (PreK) and Kindergarten
• 4:30-5:00, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades

First Day of School for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders, Wednesday, September 2nd

NO SCHOOL, Friday September 4th

NO SCHOOL, Labor Day, Monday September 7th

First Day of School for all Little Lancers (PreK) and Kindergarten students, Tuesday, September 8th

Curriculum Night, Tuesday September 15th

• 6:00 - 6:45 - PreK, K, and 1st grade
• 6:45 - 7:30 - 2nd and 3rd grades
