REMINDER: No Passing in Car Drop-off/Pick-up lines!

Hi JCS families,

We had an instance this morning when a driver in a vehicle passed a bunch of other cars in the morning drop-off line while students were being dropped off. This was EXTREMELY unsafe and it is NEVER OK to pass any other cars in the drop-off or pick-up lines!

Our primary concern always needs to be on the safety of each and every student. While we understand that waiting in the drop-off and pick-up lines takes time and requires patience, it is NEVER OK to pass other vehicles at any time.

If families have different people dropping off or picking up students (older siblings, grandparents, caregivers, etc.), PLEASE make sure that they clearly understand the Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures.

We appreciate your cooperation in making sure that all JCS students are safe during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up.
